Can you keep a secret?
As profound social animals, humans have never lacked the ability to exchange information. We converse day-to-day, and now there are more options for how you can get the process done: in person and online.
We communicate about our lives more frequently and in greater depth as our daily interactions expand. Boundaries are lost frequently, and some parts of the internet have become uncontrollable as it continues to enlarge. The advancement of the internet has come with a price: the leak of privacy caused by appalling cyberattacks.
Individuals can use the Internet's inherent vulnerabilities to steal information, disrupt service delivery, and commit fraud. As if everything has turned inside out, privacy doesn't exist anymore. The goal of these intrusions has been to steal or compromise government secrets, cripple infrastructure, or co-opt communications networks, which has enraged firms and governments concerned about protecting their interests, information, and security.
Because cybercrime is tough to combat, it demands a global effort to battle it.
Therefore, the 2nd SCLSMUN event will focus on the theme, Inside Out!
