Model European Union Spain is an international event organised by BETA Spain which pretends every year to be celebrated in a different Spanish city with the aim of teaching about the European institutions by simulating the roles of Members of the European Parliament, ministers in the Council of the European Union, heads of government and state of the European Council (which will act as a Crisis Chamber), journalists and lobbyists.
Every year, MEU Spain brings participants from all over the world to explore not only the European Union institutions but also a unique piece of Spain’s rich and diverse culture.
