KSMUN 2024

Greetings! We, the TKSSMUN Secretariat team, are proud to announce that the 5th annual session of Taipei Kuei Shan Model United Nations will be held from February 17th - 18th, 2024, and are hereby extending a formal invitation to you.

In an effort to make KSMUN V even more diverse, inclusive, and engaging, we are delighted to announce that this year's conference will be open to participants from other high schools! This decision was made with the aim of fostering a greater exchange of ideas and perspectives and to create an even more dynamic and enriching MUN experience for all.

Stay tuned for further details and registration information, which will be shared with you shortly. We encourage you to spread the word among your fellow students and friends from other schools who may be interested in joining this exceptional event.

Our theme for this year is centered around Resolving Global Conflicts for a Harmonious World. This theme reminds us of the fundamental principles of Model United Nations (MUN) and underscores the idea that young people possess the ability to influence the course of our future. It serves as a reminder of why we gather to participate in MUN conferences – to collectively generate a wide range of solutions to the pressing global problems we face, such as humanitarian crises, political conflicts, climate change, and more, with the aim of creating a more promising future. As members of the MUN community, it is our duty as global citizens to express our viewpoints and take proactive steps to tackle these global challenges, ultimately charting a new course for the benefit of future generations and beyond.
