Imex America 2023

IMEX America is the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and business events taking place 
October 17 – 19, 2023 at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas and the attendees represent the global 
meetings industry. It is a business-focused and appointment-led tradeshow meaning that buyers and 
exhibitors organise pre-scheduled appointments to meet and do business.
In 2022 over 3,300 exhibitors from across the world were in attendance, including convention and visitor 
bureaux, tourist offices, hotel groups, airlines, destination management companies, service providers, 
cruise lines and trade associations.
