GalMEP 2024

This Model European Parliament (MEP), tucked away in the center of a charming little city, inspires young leaders of tomorrow through diplomacy and conversation. At GalMEP, high schoolers will have the opportunity to explore the complexities of European politics. With experienced chairpersons and organizers, this conference will provide a privilege that some take for granted today – education. 

GalMEP is distinguished by an impressive number of 10 committees. Furthermore, the city itself becomes a character in this narrative, serving as the first Romanian city to host a Model UN, over two decades ago. Participants hold active debates in each room, eloquently expressing their opinions on the urgent problems facing the continent. The intellectual and cultural interchange is a dynamic dance rather than merely an academic one.
