Terms and Conditions:

1. Delegate Awards Adjustments: In the event that the organization does not reach a delegate cap of 150, the awards presented may be adjusted to a reduced ratio.

2. Adherence to Secretariat's Orders: Chairs and delegates are required to comply with the directives issued by the Secretariat throughout the conference.

3. Mandatory Attendance: Chairs and delegates are obligated to attend both days of the conference. If unable to do so, a notification must be provided at least two days before the commencement of the conference. Failure to comply may affect participation eligibility.

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the COSMUN'24 conference. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these guidelines for a seamless and enriching experience.
