BIMUN XXIV 2024

BIMUN, the Model United Nations of the Colegio Bilingüe de Valledupar, has stood out for its high academic level, commitment and undeniable leadership. In this context, students are our priority. Through participation in debates, we encourage the development of skills such as public speaking and writing, while broadening their understanding of global issues and encouraging the acquisition of skills in negotiation techniques, in an environment that promotes tolerance and respect.

BIMUN not only represents a memorable experience, but also challenges its delegates to cultivate critical thinking and contributes to their integral development and preparation to face the complex problems of the contemporary world.

BIMUN’s purpose has consistently been to motivate students to investigate and learn about the global issues that affect us every day. Throughout its history it has been able to reaffirm its commitment to students who wish to learn about the world and help them reach new goals. This being the twenty-second BIMUN model, we can proudly say that for more than twenty years we have fulfilled our goal by giving participants the opportunity to have a voice of their own to promote issues of great importance, creating positive change in our society.
