According to OECD in 2012, differences in people's choice of field of study especially the 'youngsters', can be attributed to traditional perceptions of gender roles and identities as well as the cultural values. The gender visions of 'being masculine' or 'being feminine' can be translated in the choices of career including in science, technology, engineering, and math fields. Gender biased and gender stereotypes is known as a global problem that we should tackle together. The stereotype in society that perceive women as too sensitive and not capable enough to handle difficulties perpetuate exclusion system that have pushed away female especially in the regards fields. ...
