The Question of North Korea

The Plurinational State of Bolivia condemns all nuclear and missile testings conducted by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Bolivia calls upon them to abandon their nuclear program according to previous security council resolutions. Being a signing member of the treaty of Tlatelolco and being of pacifist vocation Bolivia rejects this nuclear programme as it is a violation of international treaties, human rights and a danger to life itself.
