The Argentine Republic consider that indigenous culture and language must to be kept and recognized by the laws. As a country who has a vast amount of indigenous groups, the argentine republic has specifics policies for the indigenous people. According the Article 75, subsection 17 of the Argentina National Constitution recognizes the ethnic and cultural pre-existence of the indigenous peoples of Argentina, as well as the legal status of their communities. Based on these initiatives, the national government advances in strengthening the forms of organization of indigenous communities, which implies the claim of a distinct social identity.
