On June 29, 2016, Thailand becomes the first nation of Southeast Asia which its Institute of Justice is a member of U_nited Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network Institute (PNI)_, a UN criminal research network. The development of research, exchange of information and different kind of services are the benefits which bring this network, with the mission of strengthening cooperation in key regions in the area of crime prevention and criminal justice. In addition, on May 2, 2017; in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, diplomatic leaders of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) gathered in order to discuss regional integration and crime challenges. With this kind of acts, it is visible that the Kingdom of Thailand is searching a way to end with the crime in its region of the world and must consider all its works to complete with this mission.
