In recent years, we have seen the increasing diversification of critical situations that call for humanitarian assistance. The humanitarian crises in many parts of the world are becoming prolonged and more complex. The worsening condition of climate change has generated greater number and scale of natural disasters, which causes more casualties and economic damage. Moreover, the increasing forms and actors in armed conflict areas blurred the line between combatants and non-combatants, which hampered the safety and the triumph of humanitarian aid workers. ...
