International security cannot be achieved by only flipping hands. In many times, extreme measures, though unfavorable, must be done in order to restore peace. As for Spain, achieving international security requires much more than having treaties signed and sit still after. Concrete actions is of the crucial importance to prevent more cruel terrorist attacks -which Spain has itself experienced, from occurring.
