INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANISATION CANADA TOPIC A: Canada has had a long history of improving everyday workers’ life with fair and just labor rights given to all. Canada focuses more than just the gains made from bargaining but the gains we can make as a society. Canadian labor law regulates the rights, workers and employees in Canada. Our federal and provincial governments both have the rightful authority over the labor and employment law in Canada. Labor rights is extremely important in Canada and protecting our citizens’ interests is our key principle.
