In times of growing dimensions of migration movements and the thereof emerging changes of the social composition of states and nations, certain despicable aspects of human nature seem to appear more attractive to an increasing number of people. Among those, yet not exclusively, are tendencies to intolerance towards refugees and migrants and xenophobia, which can be defined as resentments towards foreigners in general.
