The phenomenon of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has already been present for several years, concerning both more and less developed countries throughout the world. The effect of the SMEs on developing economies in certain regions turned out to be of highly positive manner, creating hundreds of millions of jobs in the age of massive population growth, playing pivotal role in the economies of developing countries and fostering the inclusion of women in the workforce, due to increased job flexibility. However, the progress of SMEs has been halted by the lack of influx of financial resources, difficult administration and atrocious tax conditions.
