The delegation of France believes that being in the 21st century, yet many children are still left behind. If the children are left behind, then so is the ability for the world to progress and develop. Hundreds of thousands of children are still enlisted in armed forces and groups around the world, either as direct participants in acts of warfare or indirect accessories through their works as cooks, porters, spy demeanor's or guards in oil, diamond mines.
