Topic I: Prevention of non-state actors with chemical and biological weapons
Biological warfare through non-state actors is one of the greatest threats emerging in the 21st century: and whilst the global security environment remains under continuous attacks through state and non-state actors it is crucial that we find concrete measures. Not only to prevent the propagation of chemical and biological weapons among hostile organisation, but also to ensure that they will never be used. These actions are desperately needed as these weapons are characterised as weapons for mass destruction and impose a permanent threat on world’s population.
