     The world is encountering demographical changements, due to the crises in the middle east and the ethnical conflicts in the mediterranean region. In 2015, international migration under all its forms has augmented by 40% comparing to the previous millennia. Highly skilled and business workforce (for 19-25 years aged people) was a big part of it. Young skilled labor left their countries most likely under-developed or developing to work and live in advanced states where they'll be able to expand their knowledge and experience and excel in their field of labor.
