United Nations Development Programme Background:
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nation’s global development network. UNDP advocates for change and connects countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. To accomplish the MDGs -> SDGs and encourage global development, UNDP focuses on these goals.
Chile is one of South America’s most stable economic nations, ranking 48th on the HDI (0.661), according to HDR.
Economic Partners: Chile has all interests in all economic development (Millennium Development Goals – MDG) within the Americas Region, especially with its domestic neighbors, like Argentina (2013), Mexico (2011) and El Salvador (2013). Historic Relevance: Chile has been a key member of the UNDP, since 1990 (according to UNDP – HDR data).
