Global concerns on the South Chinese Sea dispute & the US stance on the matter

The ongoing dispute in the South Chinese Sea (SCS) is creating great strain on peace and prosperity in this part of the world. Tension between the United States of America and it’s allies on one side and the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) on the other are on the rise. It is essential for the progress of our nations that international law is to be respected. Therefore The Exclusive Economic Zones of all involved parties are to be respected, such as declared by international law.

The involvement of other (upcoming) world powers define this situation not only as a regional issue, but one of global importance. Therefore the USA calls forward all members of the United Nations DISEC to join its efforts in finding solutions.
