It is with grief that Finland witnesses the perpetual terrorist acts and with anger that it notes the violent attacks on the values nurtured by the free world. Finland is eager to use this opportunity to first of all show its heart to those who suffered from terrorism in all corners of the globe. We also would like to orientate our minds towards a cooperative solution to combat the dangers of future threats and prevent upcoming attacks.
