Kenya has long concerned about the global problems of drug use and public health. Government has endorsed the notion that Human Rights Council upholds and acts out for HIV issue, which states that “the full realization of all human rights and fundamental freedoms for all is an essential element in the global response to the HIV epidemic, including in areas of prevention, treatment, care and support”.
