For many decades, women have been treated as an outsider member of our societies, leaving them apart of the privilege builded by the human being. Violence has been the common factor of this relegation of women and the most naturalized in our cultural roots. In the Republic of Ghana we are totally against with the conception that women are not mentally, physically and legally capacitated to stand in any position or run as a head member of an organization because "it is not natural" or "it is a man's job". In our policies, having more female presence is the main goal of our new cultural and social believes and not giving that basic right, women reduce their chances and get no interested in to be participative members of the construction of their nations.
