Topic A – The Right to Health The right to health is an inherent right - the right of all, the right of freedom and the right to commitment. It is an aspiration and entitlement. It is determined by the factors all the peoples of the world shall be guaranteed. Estonia fully recognizes the importance of health and its critical influence on the overall stability of a country.
