Topic A: Violent Non-State Actors
One of the most pressing topics in the international community today is the action of Violent Non-state actors. In various regions of the world, especially in the Middle Eastern region, militant groups, insurgencies, paramilitary forces, criminal organizations and warlords dissolve the institution of the state and spread terror among civilians. Atrocities often committed by them bring the problem of international responsibility under international law into the surface. The diversity of these groups and their complicated relations with the State where they operate lead to unstable and inaccurate diplomatic relations.
