Rwanda is republic democratic country that located in east-central Africa. Rwanda is small country but heavily populated with estimate population 12,661,733. Rwanda has 3 ethic groups that domicile the place, Hutu (Bantu) 84%, Tutsi (Hamtic) 15%, and Twa (Pygmy) 1% . Rwanda is high with mortality rates due to the aids diseases. The country also known of the genocide issue that attack among Tutsi group and Hutu group. In April 1994 reports of systematic mass murder within Rwanda began to filter out of Rwanda and circulate throughout the world. Little, sadly was done to halt the mass killing. To outsiders the genocide was represented as tribal-based ethnic violence, with the Tutsis the victims and the Hutu's as the perpetrators....
