During the last decades, exponential population growth has led to an overexploitation of the limited resources that nature can offer. In Australia, 73% of the greenhouse gases released come from the energy sector and 13% only from the transport industry, showing the urge to shift the energy source in this activity. However, current policies incentivizing renewable energy have had success as in the last ten years, the energy produced renewably has tripled.
