The PREAMBLE of THE TREATY ON EUROPEAN UNION remains us the necessary of having an European cooperation respectful of internationals and europeans values. Tackling the Dublin reformation is one path for the construction of the future of the European Union but also one way to build more Solidarity and fairer sharing responsibilities.
