The Russian Government is very much interested in fighting трансмиссивные заболевания (Vector-Borne Diseases), as it affects many of our close allies and business partners, what Russian authorities cannot oblige by. Lead by our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin Russian Federation eagerly and faithfully assists South-Eastern Asian Countries in social and economic development. In which vector-borne diseases interfere, with plentiful of treaties such as Indo–Soviet Treaty of Peace, Friendship and Cooperation or a 20-year plan: Treaty of Good-Neighbourliness and Friendly Cooperation Between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation and ASEAN Plus Three (focused on stabilising Asian economy).

Vectors transmit infectious diseases between humans and animals.  Mosquitoes are the most common vector, infections Malaria, Dengue, Yellow fever, Chikungunya, Lymphatic filariasis are caused by mosquitoes.
