Honourable Chairs, Distinguished Delegates,

Equality in all forms has come a long way, yet is far from perfection. Despite many countries’ attempts to eliminate discrimination, the issue is still present in everyday lives of many people. It should therefore be in the interest of all countries to opt for equality of opportunity in employment.
