Despite incessant popularization and improvement of and humanitarian, racism, racial discrimination remain to be universal intractable problems which lead to limited access to quality education, health services, housing and social security for victims. In many cases, their situation remains largely invisible. Their degree of political participation is often low. The extent of these problems may vary on a country-to-country basis, however, seeking for a suitable approach to eliminate them has been a conjunct task for all governments.
Racism is the belief in the superiority of one race over another, which often results in discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity, ranking people as inferior and superior.Pakistan totally agree racial discrimination is distorted thought ‘which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise’. Xenophobia can involve a desire to eliminate their presence to secure a presumed purity.
