As the concept of democracy and equality have been accepted for a considerable period ,the act and thoughts of racial discrimination and ostracism were been organized and extend by some individuals, groups or even certain government in decades. Even since 4 January 1969 the convention on Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination(hereinafter as ICERD) entered into force, the actions have been taken to dilute the issues,E even notable progress was shown on limiting racism and xenophobia ,
