The feminist movement, the women's liberation movement. The aim is to fight for equal rights for women, to give women equal status with men, and to choose their own careers and lifestyles. Traditionally, the legal position of women in Argentine was based on Spanish Law,  in which women was the property of the men in the family.But These attitudes began to change in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries because the influence for western cultures.
