Recognising that Poland has been a close friend of Afghanistan since the signing of the “Friendship Tractate” in November 1927, which came into action in May 1982,
Recalling the NATO-led, ISAF (International Security Assistance Force), coalition to ensure that the country “never again become a safe haven for terrorists” which ended in December 2014 succeeded by the Resolute Support Mission since 1st January 2015,
