Maritime Model United Nations
- Jakarta, Indonesia

- 75 Delegates
Maritime Model United Nations is the culmination of the Indonesian Maritime Community's vision as an organization composed of and intended for youths in order to involve them in discussions relating to maritime issues, with the realization of youths being the leaders of tomorrow. We fully understand and acknowledge that the ocean is vital to the existence of most, if not all, nations in the world. We are raising two concerns in particular, namely Drug Trafficking Via Sea Routes and World Peace, which will be part of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and Confronting the Existential Threat of Marine Pollution, which will be brought up in the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP).
