The Italian Model United Nations in its fourth edition in one of the leading conference to take place in north of Italy. This Model is entirely organized by United Network and held with the direct collaboration of the principal regional authorities.
IMUN is a simulation of the United Nations General Assembly or other multilateral organizations, in which students play the role of ambassadors and diplomats and determine viable ways to solve some of the most pressing global issues.
During their experience as delegates, students have the unique chance to test their diplomatic abilities and deepen their knowledge of international issues currently being debated within the agenda of the United Nations. Students, referred to as delegates, conduct typical activities that their real diplomat counterparts do, such as making speeches, preparing draft resolution, negotiating with allies and adversaries, resolving conflicts, and learning to operate within the committees by adopting the United Nations rules of procedure.
IMUN Milano takes place from January 22nd to January 24th, 2020 in Milan, Italy.
The conference is held entirely in the English language. The United Network Board of Directors coordinates all the activities planned for the project.
